A year-long, integrated pre-military academy at Kibbutz Yad HaShmonah preparing young leaders for meaningful IDF service, with particular emphasis on integrating Christian mandatory draftees. Combines character/values development, exposure to Israeli society and geography, and coursework on citizenship, democracy, Zionism, international relations, economics, Middle Eastern studies, and history.
