Mechinat Shahar Rotem

The Shahar network's girls-only pre-military mechina, based at the Mikveh Israel agricultural school near Holon. Renamed in memory of Rotem Neiman, a program graduate killed at the Nova festival on October 7, 2023, the half-year program develops young women's personal capability, group responsibility, and preparation for meaningful IDF service.
