Mechinat Shahar Elrom

A coed pre-military mechina on Kibbutz Elrom in the northern Golan Heights, part of the Shahar network. The half-year program combines personal development, group living, and Zionist and social engagement, emphasizing inner resilience, connection to Israeli society, and preparation for meaningful IDF service.
